This entire fourm is viewalbe to the public I do not feel that this leads to open interaction with other resellers when a clinet can just find this and look around.

can this be only open to registerd Resellers only ?

it might help to foster more open discustions

Thanks

Dennis

We currently have four sections to our forum: Support, General Discussion, SEO/SEM and Partner Support. The first three forums (Support, General Discussion and SEO/SEM) are all open to the public to read, but you must be registered to post.

The Partner Support forum currently has six topics: Public: Tips, Partners: How To..., Partners: Suggest a Feature, Partners: Successes, Partners: Partner News and Partners: Reseller Partner Program. The topic titled "Public: Tips" is open to the public to read. However, the four topics that have "Partners:" at the beginning of the name are only viewable by Reseller Partners.

While some Partners manage Lead Maverick turnkey for their clients, other Partners complement their services with their customers' own work in the application. Therefore, we will continue to provide the open community topics to support the variety of service models that our Partners provide.

If there is another topic you would like to add in the Partners forum, please let us know. We'd be happy to add it.

Thanks.

If/when you post in the following Partner forums, they will only be viewed by partners who are registered with the forum and administrators of the forum:

Partners: Reseller Partner Program
Partners: Partner News
Partners: How To...
Partners: Suggest a Feature
Partners: Successes
Partners: Report a Bug

So people not registered with the forum will not even see these topics in the Partner Support area and registered users who are not designated as partners (current only) will not see the topics either.

I believe this is also how you want it to be set up, but please let me know if I am misunderstanding you.

By the way, this posting is not in the Partner Support forum and is viewable by everyone.

Thanks.
